President (Executive Officer)
The president provides leadership to elected / co-opted committee officers / roles, and club members.
The president communicates with officers / those holding other roles, to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities. The president also oversees the schedule of events and is empowered to appoint / co-opt further temporary, non-voting roles, to the committee for all purposes.

Treasurer (Executive Officer)
The Club Treasurer is responsible for managing the flow of money into the club and for allocating and recording how that money is spent to run the club. This is a vital role in a club as the treasurer works to ensure the club is able to meet its day-to-day expenses and prompts the need for increased club fundraising where a shortfall in income exists. The treasurer also works in conjunction with the President in planning the development of the club e.g. creating annual budgets, estimating funds required for a capital project like a new pitch or clubhouse and projecting membership and income for future years to contribute towards prudent planning of the club’s future.

Secretary (Executive Officer)
The primary role of the club secretary is to provide administrative support to the president and committee. Much of the hands-on administrative effort may be delegated to other club officers and volunteers, but responsibility for ensuring the club is run well administratively lies with the Secretary.
The club secretary is also responsible for coordinating, announcing and minuting club meetings – committee meetings, EGMs and the club AGM.

Membership Secretary
The primary role of the membership secretary is to take responsibility for managing the annual renewal process for all members and dealing with all new membership enquiries/applications. Maintenance of an up-to-date database of current and paid-up members is critical to the club’s operation.

Public Relations Officer
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in sharing club information with the general public. The PRO will regularly work with other club officers, coaches and other club volunteers and act as the voice of the club when dealing with the wider public.
The PRO is responsible for giving the public the best image of the club – this helps with attracting new members to the club and keeping existing members aware of the latest initiatives and engaged in club activities.
